1All purchase orders are accepted via RF ONE’s acknowledgement only. Orders cannot be canceled by Customer under any circumstances without first reaching an agreement in writing with RF ONE.
If an order is already in production, cancellation will result in restocking or cancellation charges. A custom and special order cannot be canceled.
2All our prices are exclusive of taxes, duties, international shipping charges and handling fees, or charges imposed by any government authority. Special packing and packaging may cause additional charges to the Customer.
3The prices quoted are based on an exchange rate * of 6.80 between US Dollar (USD) to Chinese Yuan (CNY). In the event the US dollars devalue to a threshold of 6.53 vs Chinese Yuan (CNY), RF ONE reserves the rights to adjust prices which are still even in validity period.

1All quotations are made EXW (Incoterms ICC 2000) Shenzhen China. Shipping or freight charges, insurance and any taxes will be paid by the Customer.
2All risks of loss and damage to the Products shall pass from RF ONE to Customer when the Products are shipped in accordance with EXW (Incoterms ICC 2000) trade terms.
3 Delivery time is estimated ship date, instead of receiving date of the goods.
1Payment terms: full payment in advance of shipment by bank transfer. If the Customer fails to effect payment on due date, RF ONE reserves the right to suspend further deliveries of Products until all payments are received and RF ONE also reserves the right to impose interests on late payment. Credit limit is approved for selected customer only.
2In the event of order cancellation or the Customer fails to pick up the ordered Products, the Customer will be liable to RF ONE for any loss and for the prices of all Products actually completed for shipment and for Products are in production.
1RF ONE products, exclusive of accessories and consumable goods such as adapters, dust caps, cable assemblies etc which are limited warranted for 4 months, are warranted for a limited period of one year from date of shipment against defects in workmanship or materials or failure to operate as described in product data sheets under normal use, provided that the products are used with compatible components in appropriate environments, and further provided that products have not been adversely affected by another component.
Alteration of the products, cases of misuse, acts of God will invalidate the warranty.
2RF ONE does not warrant the products against normal wear and tear or normal environmental degradation.
3The warranty is limited to repair, replace or refund any products that are returned under warranty.
4This warranty does not cover damage incurred during shipment which is the responsibility of the freight shipping company.
5This limited warranty is expressly conditioned upon: (1) Customer’s payment of the purchase price in full, (2) buyer giving written notice of the defect, reasonably described, to RF ONE within ten (10) days of the time when RF ONE discovers or ought to have discovered the defect, (3) the storage, installation, operation, use, and maintenance of the products in compliance with product instructions, (4) buyer providing seller with a reasonable opportunity to examine the products, and (5) the absence of any unauthorized modification or repair of the products, including without limitation the removal or alternation of any serial numbers or product identifications.
In no event will RF ONE be held liable for incidental, direct, indirect, special, exemplary, or consequential damages. Customer shall indemnify and hold RF ONE harmless from such damages. Customer’s exclusive remedy against RF ONE, whether due to performance, negligence, or defects shall be the repair, replacement, or return for credit of such goods, at RF ONE’s option. No allowance shall be made for any labor charges of Buyer for replacement of parts, adjustment or repairs, or any other work, unless such charges are authorized in advance by RF ONE.
