In an effort to address the requirements of the REACH regulation and ensure a reliable ongoing supply of RF ONE parts, we are constantly monitoring the substances of very high concern (SVHCs), as defined by REACH, in our products.
Under the structure of the REACH regulation, RF ONE is a supplier of "ARTICLES" to our customers (according to ECHA’s guidance for articles, the electronic components shall be considered as articles). We do not manufacture "substances" or "preparations" and our articles do not involve the "intentional release of substances". Accordingly, we foresee no registration or pre-registration Authorization requirement for the products we supplied.
