Products purchased through RF ONE and under warranty may be returned for replacement by following steps:
1Contact us at sales@rfone.cn or contact your local sales representative obtain a RMA number.
2Fill out the RMA form. Place the RMA form in the box with the item(s) being returned.
3Return the authorized item(s) per shipping instructions which can be found at the bottom of the RMA Form.
4RMA form can be obtained by download below.
