What types of torque wrenches can RF ONE offer?
1. We offer click type and break-over type torque wrenches, both can be used clockwise and anti-clockwise directions.
2. Our torque wrenches are available for N type, 4.3-10, 4.1-9.5, 7/16 DIN, SMA, 2.92mm, 2.4mm, 1.85mm etc.
What are the key criteria for a torque wrench?
1. Torque head opening size must be with within tight tolerance to mechanically fit the connector nut. For example, our standard head opening size for SMA nut is 8.04mm(min)-8.16mm(max). For 19mm N type nut, opening size is 19.15mm(min) -19.35mm(max). But please be noted there are also N type connectors with 18mm or 20mm nut.
2. Our quality control for allowed torque value tolerance is ±6%, typical is ±4%.
What are the MOQ and lead time for RF ONE’s torque wrenches?
For the commonly used torque wrenches that are listed on our website, there is no MOQ, typical lead time (1-5 pcs) is 1 week.
What are the recommended torque values for the industry standard connectors?
RF ONE has prepared a list of recommend torques wrenches as below, be noted torque values for the same type connector but with different material (brass or stainless steel) are different.
