Ultra-flexible phase stable UF360 40GHz Cable Assembly
RF ONE offers the Ultra-flexible phase stable UF360 cable assembly operating to 40 GHz. The stranded silver plated copper center conductor enhances its flexibility and mechanical phase stability, furthermore, the unique design is the PTFE wrapped jacket. Compared with the FEP jacket, it is more flexible and it overcomes the shortcoming of conventional PUR jacket which can only withstand + 85 degree C. This PTFE jacket operates to min 200 degree C and maintains its mechanical and electrical inte

Salt Spray Test on SMA 2W Attenuators
Worried about the corrosion resistance performance? RF ONE implemented a salt spray test on the SMA 2W attenuators per MIL-STD-202G Method 101, Condition B.
After the 48 hour test, there is no evidence of corrosion or pitting visually examined by the third party test lab. We further checked the RF performance and there is no observable change on the VSWR and accuracy before and after the salt spray test.
